INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. Halibut Fillets cubed
- 1 cup lime juice freshly squeezed (about 8 large limes)
- 1/2 cup Tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 cup Celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cupSweet Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Onion,finely chopped
- 1/2 cup each Sweet Yellow Bell Pepper and Sweet Orange Bell Pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Salt
- 1 Serrano Chile, or Jalapeno Chile, chopped fine
- Juice from 3 fresh limes
