Seafood Ingredient: Halibut Fillets

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. Halibut Fillets cubed
  • 1 cup lime juice freshly squeezed (about 8 large limes)
  • 1/2 cup Tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupSweet Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion,finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup each Sweet Yellow Bell Pepper and Sweet Orange Bell Pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Salt
  • 1 Serrano Chile, or Jalapeno Chile, chopped fine
  • Juice from 3 fresh limes

 
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cover halibut chunks with lime juice - let set for 30 - 45 minutes. Drain.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, toss.
Makes 4 servings.
