Seafood Ingredient: Alaska King Crab from Great Alaska Seafood (these come pre-cooked)

- 3 to 4 lbs King Crab Legs, meat removed (Yield; about 1.5 - 2 lbs crabmeat.)
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges
- Saute garlic and melted butter in warm skillet about 1 minute, be careful to not burn. Add wine, salt, cayenne and parsley, increase heat to high, cook about 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium, add crabmeat, and saute 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through. Serve with lemon wedges.
