- 1 Saku block Yellow-Fin Ahi Tuna, defrosted
- Soy sauce (optional)
- Wasabi (optional)
- White Rice (Serving Suggestion)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse and blot the tuna.
- Cut the tuna into 1/4 to 1/2 thick slices in bite-sized portions.
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi to taste and optional white rice on the side.
