  • 1 Saku block Yellow-Fin Ahi Tuna, defrosted
  • Soy sauce (optional)
  • Wasabi (optional)
  • White Rice (Serving Suggestion)

 
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Rinse and blot the tuna.
  2. Cut the tuna into 1/4 to 1/2 thick slices in bite-sized portions.
  3. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi to taste and optional white rice on the side.
