Tim swears by Tapatio hot sauce and simple, basic ingredients to make these tacos the best. This recipe can also be substituted with your favorite game meat.

INGREDIENTS

HALIBUT/WHITEFISH
  • 1 lb. Halibut or other Whitefish thawed and skinned
  • Butter
  • Alaska Tim's Citrus Pepper Blend
  • SAUCE
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tapatillo hot sauce
  • TOPPINGS
  • Fresh lime
  • Cilantro
  • Diced Onion
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Shredded Lettuce or Cabbage
  • Shredded Cheese
  • 4 taco-sized tortillas (flour or corn)

 
INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut fish into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté in butter for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat and season with our Alaska Tim's Citrus Pepper Blend.
  3. Fill tortillas with fish and top with sauce and toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
