Cold Smoked Salmon (Lox)

This recipe has been in our family for generations.

Cold Smoked Salmon (Lox)

Cold Smoked Salmon (Lox)'Hand filleted cuts are brined, cured and then cold smoked giving it a unique texture and sensational flavor.

We use only Wild Alaska Salmon; 100% natural ingredients... no nitrates, no artificial colors.

Our Lox is NOT sliced. Lox Tid Bits are thinly sliced.

We're terribly fond of Lox Tid Bits. These tasty lox morsels are 'odd 'n ends' after we hand trim our award winning 100% all natural Sockeye Salmon Cold Smoked Lox.

Thinly sliced and ready - to- eat. Just add bagels, and cream cheese.
