Premium Quality Wild Bigeye Tuna with a remarkable mild flavor and incredible mouth feel.

Bigeye Tuna
saku Block Bigeye Tuna

Connoisseurs of tuna and Sushi Lovers around the world know that the higher fat content of Bigeye Tuna makes for a more flavorful tuna eating experience. Bigeye tuna is sought after for it's remarkable mild flavor and incredible mouth feel that only comes from a tuna that has a high fat content and that has been cared for properly.

This "high grade" fresh Bigeye tuna is caught on longlines one at a time on small fishing boats. We have been able to lock in the bright red color and incredible flavor with exclusive freezing technology. We freeze the product within hours of harvest - not with traditional standard temperature freezers, but with powerful -60C blast freezers that prevent ice crystals from forming and destroying the texture of the meat. We freeze our Bigeye Saku Block Tuna product to -60 C.

Treated with carbon monoxide for color retention.
