A traditional Asian delicacy. A complex process results in a delicious salty flavor that will awaken your taste buds. Each package will contain several brined, ready to eat, skeins. Traditional preparation: Once package is thawed, soak the skein in cold water for aprox. 8 hours. With your fingers, remove the membrane, which reveals the brined herring eggs. Enjoy with soy sauce and mayo, or add it to your favorite sushi preparations.
