We take the prime fillet of Wild Alaska Salmon, slice it thin and then carefully brine in a mixture of salt and special spices. It is then lightly smoked very slowly, producing a tasy, slightly chewy salmon jerky with incredible flavor. Our Wild Alaska salmon jerky is loaded with heart-health Omega-3 Oils.
