Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 Tbls brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic

Mix ingredients together and add Chilean Seabass. Turn and coat fish often or put fish and all ingredients into a ziplock bag for 30-45 minutes. Take out and cook on a medium BBQ, broil or pan fry..simply
