This is a Holiday Favorite, a treat saved just for this Special time of the year!! We hand fillet this deep water fish, then use a 100% all natural brine and carefully hot smoked over natural hard woods. Portions range from 8 - 12 ounces. Serve it cold OR for an extra special gourmet treat, simply warm using an oven (or place in a microwave for one minute and bon appetite!!)
